  • Privatisation project for acquisition of majority shares of the Bulgarian Copper Smelter and Refinery MDK EAD – Pirdop (privatisation transaction in Bulgaria with most significant environmental programs involved at the time of its completion);

  • Privatisation project for acquisition of majority shares of the Bulgarian Soda Ash Plant SODI EAD – Devnya (privatisation transaction in Bulgaria with most significant material value at the time of its completion);

  • Privatisation of corn processing plant TZAREVICHNI PRODUKTI – Razgrad (first privatisation transaction in Bulgaria involving foreign capital);

  • Leasing by National Airlines of Papua New Guinea of two airplanes to JES AIR Ltd. (first private leasing of aircraft transaction in Bulgaria).
