The Firm

Antov & Partners Law Firm is established in November 2005 in accordance with the Bulgarian Bar Act as a successor of the team of lawyers known as LEGACOM® who have cooperatively worked together since 1990.

Founded by the name partner Christo Antov right in the beginning of the political and economic changes in Bulgaria, the firm has expanded rapidly due to the successful combination between the founders’ enterprising spirit, guidance and skills and the expertise, professional devotion and innovative ideas of the subsequently joined people.

Currently Antov & Partners is an internationally recognised law firm with various practice areas in most of the industry sectors and an emphasis on Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, Energy & Natural Resources, Real Estate & Construction, Dispute Resolution and Employment.
